Our opinion on the El Cable Beach
El Cable beach (playa El Cable) is located east to the port of Bajadilla of Marbella. This beach is mostly frequented by locals, it offers self-service equipments like giant boats filled with sand to make barbecues. Very family atmosphere the weekend and ideal to discover the Spanish customs. The beach is wide in its first part (level of the port) and shrinks going to the east (in direction of Malaga). We regret the somewhat industrial side of its environment (port and platform in the sea) but the beach is less touristy than the neighboor beaches. Some restaurants and areas with sunbeds to rent. The big positive point is the free parking at the level of the beach (access from the port).
