South of Empuriabrava beaches in the center of Roses bay, Sant Pere Pescador has a coastline without any construction. There are only camping by the sea. The village is 2 kilometers as the crow flies. There are all the amenities. Closer to the sea, the hamlet of Bon Relax includes many pavillon with some typical residences that one finds in the large seaside resorts. A large part of San Pere Pescador is in the natural park of Aiguamolls of Emporda.
The beach of Sant Pere Pescador stretches over 6 kilometers (cut into different sectors from north to south : Galo, Can Martinet, Can Nera, Can Sopra, Cal Cristia, Cortal de la Vila, Cortal de la Devesa and Riuet), it is one of the largest of the Costa Brava and one of the least urbanized. No construction at the beach level. On the other hand, several important campsites attract the crowd in summer season. The beach is well appointed with surveillance stations, restaurants on the sand and many sports activities.
The rental offer in Sant Pere Pescador is especially torwards the campsites (we find 7 on the town). The most enjoyable are directly by sea with direct access to the beach.
Outside the campsites, the animation at Sant Père Pescador has nothing seaside. South Sant Père Pescador, Escala resort has more urban beaches. There are also the ruins of Empuries. To the north, the beach of Roses are very popular with the French. We also appreciate the small village of Sant Marti of Empuries (very well restored) where we find beautiful beaches and a few small restaurants in its central square.
