East of Malaga, at only 4 km from the port and from its famous beach, Pedregalejo beach allows to change the style totally. The old fishermen’s houses have been conserved (they have been converted into retaurants for the most part) and the buildings have been banned. The beach is very pleasant with several coves protected by dikes. The space is not the most important but its gap with the center of Malaga makes it a little known place and therfore less frequented. The facilities are at the height of a large beach with a playground for children, a zip line, a pleasant pedestrian promenade with bars and restaurants. It seems that there are good addresses … locals like to come on the weekend … Other important point, the road is away, the houses of Pedregalejo make it possible to isolate the beach from the Andalusian traffic.
