Lloret Beach is located in the city centre. It is over 1.5 kilometres long and, in fact, it is the largest beach in the region and is the one that attracts the largest amount of tourists. For this reason, there is the presence of numerous restaurants, bars, glaciers ... In the evening, fights and disagreements can often occur, mainly due to foreign tourists, including the French. Better to frequent the smaller establishments than the large ones.
On the beach itself, there are all the facilities for people with reduced mobility: ramps, walkways on the sand, etc. It is possible (but not easy) to park your car, for free, nearby. Paid placements are much more numerous but not necessarily more accessible. On the beach, you can enjoy many activities such as kite-surfing, water skiing, jet skiing and even parasailing, pulled by a boat. You can rent speed boats directly on the beach, which spoils the landscape. Trips to the coast or the shuttles to Tossa de Mar are possible. Children are also spoiled with choice with numerous games on the beach.
