Our opinion on the Levante Beach
The beach of Levante of Benidorm (Playa Levante) borders the most lively area of the seaside resort. It is here that one realizes the tourist power of Benidorm with its immense towers on the waterfront … a mini New-York … a totally concrete and defigurated coast for the delight of European tourists looking for sunshine. Of all the resorts we visited this one breaks all records… The promenade is pleasant but the several restaurants are mediocre (nothing Spanish, only frozen food like Fish and Chips and hamburgers).
The beach is beautiful, well equipped large … a beach for mass tourism … the attendance is very important, nothing very relaxing… but we come to Benidorm to go out at night and sleep on the beach during the day … so she fulfills her role perfectly !
Access side, it is better to stay nearby because traffic and parking are very difficult in the season. There are many hotels in the area …

Levante is the most lively of Benidorm. 70 meters large !
West, the beach extends to the old city (a rock separates the two big beaches).
We are not in New-York but in Spain ! 7 skyscapers mesure more than 120 meters high !
The coast is totally concrete ... shame because the beach is beautiful and very well landscaped ...
Activities are numerous ... apparatus for bodybuilding, deck chairs for rent ...
Bathing gently sloping with a few small wavelets, we always have a small breeze.
Pedestrian promenade very pleasant to walk, bike or wheelchair !
Side skyscrapers, there are many restaurants and cafes... but only Fish and Chips ...
