Our opinion on the El Varador Beach
The beach of El Varador in Mataro is the paradise of the sportsmen: sports courses, beach-volleyball, beach-soccer, there are even basketball baskets planted in the sand... The centre of swimming of 50 m, with external and internal basins heated all year long is even included in the beach!
From the Aesthetic side, you can find the palm grove which makes the charm of the neighbouring beach del Callao, but in more civilized here, in a little less heavenly.
Some restaurants and paillottes, and what here they are called "small restaurants with music and dancing", that has exactly no same sense which at our place, offer activities and animations till 22 h 30 and, for some, 2 h. A young beach, with the space and a lot of facilities to receive up to 6000 persons. What seldom arrives, even the weekend, if near Barcelona.

A more ordered palm grove than on the neighbouring beach.
Bathing is reassured more then: beacons go until 200 m, the supervisors are posted on very high lookouts, and in several places.
On right, the marina of Mataro concentrates activities and nautical rentings, trade and restaurants. A parking of 872 paid places waits for the motorist there bored of searching free places.
Architectural style " Bauhaus " is a bit camouflaged by palms date palms...
"Small restaurants with music and dancing" are well in the middle of date palms, them.
And the amateurs of cocktails are not badly either in the middle of restaurants.
Floating games give some pepper to bathing...
... And the elastic hen coops in beach games.
Some towers however find it difficult not to draw attention.
