Our opinion on the Reducto Beach
The beach of Reducto in Arrecife (Playa del Reducto) is the biggest beach of this capital of Lanzarote. Slightly outside from the center but easily accessible by foot, it offers a stretch of sand long of 700 meters. The left area, the nearest area from the Gran Hotel (unmistakable at the sight of its greatness…), is the most frequented and has all equipments (first aid station, sunbed rentals, …).
The environment is urban and has nothing very typical … buildings without charm, big constructions … we find much better in Lanzarote and especially more typical … Even if the beach is pleasant, it is in our opinion a troubleshooting beach … we only come to Arrecife for half a day … so it can complete the day.

This beautiful beach of Arrecife is almost heavenly … provided you ignore the environment …
... on the right the Gran Hotel sits on the seafront ...
... and the seafront has nothing typical and is even quite unfortunate !
On the other hand the first aid station is very design !
The beach is long (700 meters). The left area is the most frequented (foreground of the picture).
Very pleasant main area with some sunbeds under the palm trees.
