Our opinion on the Las Vistas Beach
Las Vistas beach (Playa de Las Vistas) in Los Cristianos is in our opinion one of the most beautiful beach of Tenerife. In the heart of the animation of Los Cristianos (most important seaside resort of southern Tenerife but also one of the friendliest in our opinion), this urban beach offers all the services that can be expected from a « Big Beach » : year-round supervision, mattress and parasol rental (while leaving space for public areas), massage parlor and numerous shops and restaurants along the pedestrian promenade. The seafront in this area is nice (apart from two towers, the buildings are of reasonable size) and the road is away from the beach (which is quite rare on the Canary Islands).
If you are near this beach and the crowd does not bother you (and the atmosphere a little boosted) do not hesitate, go for it !

We are on the end of the main beach of Los Cristianos (port side). One kilometer of fine sand with a good width of beach. Only two towers spoil a little the landscape (visible in the photo) but we are in the most important seaside resort of Tenerife.
Like on all major Spanish beaches there are all services possible : year-round supervision, rental of sunbeds and umbrellas, massages…
The space is vast and is divided between private areas (8€ for the day for a sunbed with an umbrella) and public areas.
Athletes are not forgotten with beach volleyball courts.
Port side, the beach ends with a dike.
The beach is bordered by a pleasant pedestrian promenade away from the road with some green areas and palm trees…
Not to mention the many shops and restaurants for tourists…on three floors…everything is at hand !
