Our opinion on the Los Cristianos Beach
Los Cristianos beach is the beach of the historical center of the seaside resort. Located east of the port, it extends for about 400 m in an urban environment but pleasant away from cars. It is bordered by a pleasant pedestrian promenade with some shops (more picturesque than that of the beach of Las Vistas).
Like all tourist beaches of Tenerife, there are the different services : private areas with mattress rentals, monitoring all year, pedalo rentals, sailing center…
This beach is part of our TOP TEN destinations in Tenerife : beach sheltered (little wind), bathing gently sloping, pleasant city center, many animations…However, it is not always easy to find housing nearby (few hotels in the area, the complexes are on the side of Los Américas).

We are east side of this beach of Los Cristianos. For an important seaside destination, the seafront is quite well preserved.
West side (next to the port), beautiful view of Guaza mountain (with some not very nice buildings).
Like on all the interesting beaches of Tenerife, there are a few rows of deckchairs.
Not to mention the pedalos that are amphibious (probably because of the tides…).
Public space is important.
On the edge of the beach, there is a beach volleyball court.
Pleasant pedestrian promenade in the historic center of Los Cristianos (less touristy than the Las Vistas part).
