Our opinion on the La Concha Beach
North from Playa Honda, at the limit of Arrecife, there is the beach of La Concha, vast creek with slightly earthy sand. We appreciated its calm and its environment is mainly composed of little typical white houses. However, its sand is not the most pleasant one (mix of dirt and sand – the beach of the city center is more pleasant). At low tide, a natural water reservoir allows children to play in a safe way.
Parking is tricky in this part of Playa Honda. There is only a small parking made of few places at the end of la Calle Fernando Diaz Cutillas. It is advised to come by foot.

Located North of Playa Honda, this vast sandy creek is located in a pleasant environment bordered by a pedestrian promenade.
At low tide, a sort of natural pool discovers itself. On the other hand the quality of the sand is not exceptional (mix with dirt).
Along the beach, there are volcanic chippings. We are in Lanzarote!
Pleasant pedestrian promenade which quickly allows to join the center of Playa-Honda.
