Our opinion on the Riumar Beach
The beach of Riumar is one of the Catalonia most wild. Located on the north coast of the nature park of the Delta de l'Ebre, completely preserved landscapes, rather neighbouring of landscapes Camarguais (french coast) are found there. A beach which reminds us so much of the beach of Piémanson or of that of Beauduc with its expanses of fine sand as far as the eye can see. Difference here it is because a small village in two steps, behind the dune, with some facilities and restaurants are found. But the place remained very preserved and very relaxed. The beach has some equipment as beach-volleyball fields, several Chiringuito in ambience enough hippy (they are very far from the ambience of the beaches of St Tropez) and surveillance points. A nice place for the lovers of nature. A zone is reserved for the dogs, very rare in Spain.

Several types of access to this beach. East side is, several wooden footbridges are found to span dunes.
In season, a nautical nursery school becomes established on the beach: windsurf, kitesurf, paddle surfing, kayak...
The dune space is imposing.
Footbridges allow to join the different sectors of the beach.
The beach is equipped well: ground of beach volleyball and in the distance surveillance post is differentiated.
A huge beach of fine sand which stretches on several kilometres.
