Our opinion on the Tamarit Beach
The beach of Tamarit is the northernmost beach of Tarragona. Edged by campings, itq access for visitors is difficult (no parking) but not impossible! They achieve it easily by the central beach of Altafulla (it is necessary to walk 1 km). Broad, long, with some fine sand and a completely preserved environment, they find it difficult to think that they are close to Tarragona (big city with a harbour seafront). The castle stuck on the right top brings us in time passed ... a bit as ambience good child of this beach which is seen frequently to a great extent by campers. Equipment is in Spanish average: post of surveillance, showers, restoring a very nice place away from agitation, we loved it!

Environment is very nice, very natural ... good destination for those who search peace.
The south end of the beach of Tamarit is occupied by a camping. It is the most frquented area and the most difficult of access for the external visitors.
On the point, the castle of Tamarit is found. It is private, it is possible to organize banquets and weddings.
