Our opinion on the Sant Pere Beach
Altough located in the bay of Roses, Sant Père Pescador beach is very different from its Roses sisters. First for its length (more than 6 kilometers !), for its straightness and its alignment north-south. It is THE beach for windsurfing, for the simple reason that the tramontane (wind from the north), blocked by the relief of the peninsula of Creus next to Roses, has here nothing to hold it back. The beach is therefore often windy, more pleasant for the kite lovers than idleness. But these are still many because the big campsites have space to extend themselves in this plain, apple orchard of Catalonia.
